Location: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in our Leeds-based studio

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, Permanent Contract

Role purpose

To consistently exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality, right-first-time packaging artwork through effective cross-department collaboration.

You will proactively drive process improvements and build the tools and foundations needed for exceptional client delivery. Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards is essential while leading by example to support, manage and develop the team. 

Through effective delegation, you will create the capacity to focus on strategic account development and management. Cultivating strong client relationships and delivering excellence every day in line with our company culture and values.

Skills

  • Proven people management experience
  • Ability to direct, support and control a multitude of activities
  • Proven clear, confident and unambiguous communication skills to meet requirements of daily contact with client and internal departments

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, project management, or production management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing packaging projects 
  • Experience working directly with clients 
  • Experience with budget creation and financial management
  • Proficient in project management tools 

Knowledge

  • An good understanding and use of technology
  • IT literate
  • An understanding of the  end-to-end Design to Print and ecommerce content process and the ability to demonstrate results effectively
  • Google or Microsoft suite experience
  • Ability to pull together a clear and concise presentation and deliver it to the client
