POS Account Manager
Location We are offering a hybrid working pattern to combine home and studio, your studio days will be in either Leeds or Manchester, depending which location is closest to home

Role purpose
To delight our clients through providing right-first-time quality work through cross-department collaboration to achieve client objectives. Continual improvement drives processes and develops foundations and tools for exceptional client delivery.
Inform senior management and lead by example to line manage and develop the team. Delegate effectively to provide the bandwidth to action strategic account development and management.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships and delight our clients every day, embracing our culture and values through the execution of the following KRAs
1. Client
- Establish and build strong relationships with the client, using clear communication in person and supported by email
- Effectively communicate client requirements through relevant and detailed POS briefs, whilst ensuring schedules, reviews and presentations are met
- Managing client project finances & budgets with support from SAM and AD
- Produce account-specific reports and data
- Coordinate / organise any key client personal celebrations and work to build such a relationship with the key contacts to know what these might be
- Creating action from account data analysis and reports
- Write briefs
- Coordinate any activity around the launch of a project as directed by others
- Support the team with market information/research and other data necessary to address client briefs.
- Commercially manage budgets
- Work with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service, while conveying the vision and values of our company
- Promote, develop and extend the agencies capabilities to all clients
- Drive creative excellence, crafting and mastery within your team, suggesting considered solutions to any challenge
- A passion for delivering the best possible solutions to your client
- Proactively coordinate monthly project ‘wash-ups’
2. Team
- Provide relevant information to SAM for them to cascade up to senior team
- Work towards line management and development of entry level members of the team
- Assist in training for inductions of new team members
- Coordinate and collate internal marketing options for the marketing team
3. Commerciality
- Drive profitability of team to facilitate rate card reviews and adjustments
- Obtain purchase orders from clients prior to work beginning
- Drive profitability of team to facilitate rate card reviews and adjustments
- Cost estimate creation, including raising PO’s for outcosts
- PO chasing – overview of anything outstanding to support AD
